Holiday Inn Redding By Ihg

Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a relaxing visit, and I'm coming back for Easter!

Smelly linens and pillows. Even though we ask for new pillowcases still it smelled as sweat. They should get new linens.

The bathroom appeared clean, but looked smelled like mildew. The room was very loud, there was an unpleasant electronic humming sound coming from the wall that basically forced you to keep the AC on to mask it.

We have come to Redding twice this year for basketball tournaments and have stayed both times at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is quiet, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed our breakfast down in the hotel restaurant. We like that it is conveniently located to everything.

The room's cleanliness impressed me. The decor was pleasing and created a comfortable atmosphere.

The service did not meet expectations.

It has almost every thing you expect when you are travelng accross the country.

We left a note indicating that the floor of the tub was very smooth and there is a possibility of slipping. We noticed that Holiday Inn has taken off some apliances that they used to have some years ago, and we understand it because the hard competitive situation

Just a decent option for shopping in Redding with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in easy.

Location was good, staff was friendly and efficient, rooms where clean and comfortable.

While the pillows where very nice they where soft pillows and I need more support. Usually bring my own, but didn't this time.

We had an issue at first with our key cards not working, but they were able to fix it very quickly.

$20 per night is too high for pet fee though and not made clear in booking. Your average boring HI decor without much charm or character.

Quite new and well-designed. Continuous fan operation=a smoking room that does not smell like a smoker's room. Comfortable chair and ottoman--nice for back problems.

Tiny refrigerator and, although there was a place designated for one, no microwave.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, it had easy location right by local restaurants and stores, redding or holiday inn and shopping center. The property was conveniently placed. I had quick lunch at Subway, located steps away from the hotel...

Even though everything was fine, some of the staff were busy.

The front counter staff was friendly and accommodating, made the check-in process smooth. The room was a decent size for our family and nicely renovated. Unfortunately, there were several drawbacks. The air conditioning was excessively loud was good, and there was no WiFi connection, despite efforts to resolve the issue at the front desk. The dining service was slow, impacting our ability to enjoy breakfast.
